Items must be returned in unused, new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received, we will inspect it before issuing a refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

If the item you received arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and a detailed description of the issue and we will issue a replacement.
